How to get the fastest answer
- Reporting an error? Name the article, quote the sentence, and if you have a source that says otherwise, include it. That's a complete lab report, and it gets acted on quickly.
- Requesting a topic? Ask the question exactly the way it occurred to you, three-a.m. phrasing included. The unpolished version usually is the article.
- Business or press? The same inbox reaches whoever needs to see it.
